Flooring

Gym flooring protects the subfloor under the load of dropped plates, dumbbells and functional training — rubber tiles and turf for commercial and hotel gyms.

Flooring is core gym infrastructure that often gets overlooked next to the machines. This category covers rubber tiles for the free-weight and lifting area, sports-flooring rolls for movement and warm-up zones, and artificial turf tracks for functional training and sled pushes. Roll dimensions of 15 x 1 m can be planned directly: one roll covers 15 running metres at a one-metre track width, which makes it easy to calculate the exact length needed for a sled lane or free-weight area before ordering.

Thickness from 6–25 mm is chosen by zone: thinner covering suits walking and warm-up areas, while thicker tiles go under the spot where plates get dropped, where impact and noise are greatest. Modular tiles let you replace a worn spot later without tearing up the whole floor. In a rented gym, proper flooring protects the landlord's subfloor and cuts down the noise reaching neighbours — important in a residential or hotel gym. A sled lane of adequate length also prevents a queue forming behind the equipment at peak hours.
