Planning equipment for a new gym

Draw zones first: entry, strength, cardio, functional and service. Then choose racks, free weights, guided machines and flooring. Fitland Baltic supports package design, delivery and install in the Baltics.

Which zones belong on the plan?

At least free weights, guided machines, cardio, functional floor and a service/storage corner. Leave full walkway width between zones for peak hour.

Racks need ceiling clearance (about 210–240 cm in this catalogue) plus bar path space.

Match flooring to the zone: thicker under free weights, smoother under cardio.

How do you avoid peak-hour jams?

Do not line every popular machine without circulation. Put slower isolation units toward walls and free weights where there is room to step off.

Count simultaneous squat/press users — that sets rack count.

Store plates and dumbbells beside stations, not in the aisle.

What happens after order?

Typical flow: layout and package → quote → production/shipping from Seville → local install. Lead times depend on the package; ask for them in writing.

Send m², ceiling height, audience and budget range for a realistic quote.
